Support an SPO from the moment they fall in love
To provide a place to go to online, where an SPO at the start of their commitment to the military life can find a community that supports, guides and lifts them up, every single day, and offers practical help with their career and working life.
Educate Employers on how they can benefit and support SPOs
To show what supporting an SPO in the workplace looks like. Helping civilian employers understand the challenges of an SPO, and how they make everyone's lives that bit better by taking the time to listen, empathise and support. Let's remember what an asset an SPO can be to an organisation.
Work closely with the MOD and government ministers
To develop communications, gain better understanding of SPO challenges and enhancing engagement with the SPO community, whilst acknowledging the government's and MOD's historical limited resources in this area.
This culminates in improved SPO mental health by making changes that will help with retention and general well-being of military personnel and their families.
Together, as a community we have a voice that needs to be heard loud and clear, for the benefit of all.
